TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The term VARIABLE order means you may change what you would like to order each time you order your lunch. The term STANDING order means you have specified an order which will be repeated weekly (unless otherwise specified and delivered until you contact us again to change it. Both Variable and Standing orders will be delivered according to the instructions as requested above. A balance of your PREPAY amount is recorded each week on your child’s lunch order bag. Once your balance reaches approximately $20 we will contact you via the contact details supplied on this form to advise you of this. To continue your PREPAY arrangement send further payment with your next lunch order and call us to confirm Ph: 0439 844 020 or email toni@lunchestogrow.com.au. If no further response or instructions are received, deliveries will cease at a nil balance. Note: Lunches to Grow accepts no responsibility for providing lunches after a nil balance has been reached and no further instructions received. Reminder: There are some occasions where lunch arrangements will need to be temporarily postponed due to a) Sudden illness b) excursion c) pre arranged appointments d) other unforeseen circumstances.
