How To Order
Write your order directly onto a lunch bag or please add .10c if you use an envelope.
The correct amount is appreciated, however, change will be sent back
(Taped to the front of the original lunch bag) if required
Write your :
- Full name / School / Date
- Your Grade and Room number
- Item/s required
- The cost (next to each item)
- Add .10c (if not using a bag)
- The TOTAL cost
Then, fold your lunch bag into quarters; this will stop money falling out, no staples or tape please. Give this to your teacher before roll call
If you have enclosed more than the total of the order, then also write:
- The amount enclosed
- The amount of change needed
Any change will be taped to the front of the lunch bag to be returned to you. Please instruct your child to bring home the original lunch order bag

MULTIPLE ORDERS
(placing orders for more than one child)
- Submit an order for each child in their own grade
- On each bag, write the name and grade of the child where the payment has been placed

Cut off time for cancellations is 10am on delivery of lunches day
LATE ORDERS - Ph: 0439 844 020
These are ONLY filled for students who were
absent on collection of orders day and must be
phoned through
REDUCED ORDERS
If insufficient amount of money is
enclosed/money missing, the lunch order will be
reduced with priority given to the main part of
lunch. A reason for the adjustment is always
sent back on the original order form for your
child to show the teacher and to bring home
for your information
ELECTRONIC ORDERS
These are only available with *PREPAY. All
other orders processed will be from those
collected from the school office
