There are 2 ways you can order your lunch from us
PREPAY Means you can pay a lump sum amount by cash or cheque SET UP PREPAY Cash or Cheque or via internet online banking SET UP PREPAY Direct Deposit.
PREPAY offers you greater flexibility because there is no need to find change at the last minute and it allows you to ORDER ONLINE up until 9am on lunch delivery day. You can also order in advance of the current week (if you choose to).
AT SCHOOL Bring your order to school the day before lunches are delivered and give it to your teacher. We will collect it from school and deliver your lunch the next day. The correct amount is appreciated but change is sent back.

Then, fold your lunch bag into quarters; this will stop money falling out. Give this to your teacher before roll call. PLEASE - no staples or tape. If you have enclosed more than the total of the order, then also write: The amount enclosed and the amount of change needed
Any change will be taped to the front of the lunch bag to be returned to you. Please instruct your child to bring home their original lunch order bag.

PLACING MULTIPLE ORDERS (placing orders for more than one child)
- Submit an order for each child in their own grade
- On each bag, write the name and grade of the child where the payment has been placed

REDUCED ORDERS
Sometimes this can occur if an insufficient amount is enclosed or there is money missing or your order has been added incorrectly. The lunch order will be reduced with priority given to the main part of the lunch.
A reason for the adjustment is always sent back on the original order form for your child to show the teacher and to bring home for your information
